The story so far....

 

I first visited The Costa Almeria in December 2016 to look for an apartment with my husband.  We loved the area straight away, the vast beaches, quaint towns, the lovely food and of course the weather!  

We bought a property in Vera Playa in February 2017 and after a couple of months travelling from the UK to prepare the apartment for the rental market we registered it with the Andalucian Tourist Board and rented it out over the summer.  So many of our friends and family said they would love to own a property in Spain, "how did we go about it?" It was then I had the idea of becoming a personal property shopper.  We as a family decided to move to Spain!  The children loved it, they were going off to University and loved the idea of returning to Spain for holidays instead of Norfolk, and hubby worked abroad, so we could live anywhere we liked!

I packed the car up with as much as I could, including Troy the dog and my Father as company on the drive down and off we went to Portsmouth for the 2 day ferry crossing to Bilbao.

I have now lived here 8 months, the children visit every holiday, hubby returns for his time off work and is guaranteed warm weather, family have visited too.  I have also helped my first client, an old friend of ours, to purchase a beautiful apartment on the beach in Las Marinas.
