UPM will complete and apply for the ‘declaration of responsibility’ application via the Andalucian Tourist Board in Almeria, as the property owner’s agent plus the required information pack for the apartment to include all emergency and local numbers, tourist information and a complaints form - €100

Changeover cleaning - €10 per hour, e.g 2 bed apartment average 4-5 hours.

Laundry - €5 per person/bed

​

Meet and greet - €15 (arrival and departure)

​

Meet and greet out of hours (1800-2300) - €20 (per meet for either arrival or departure)

Welcome packs -  €20 (depending on occupancy)

Gardening – P.O.A

 

Keyholder only (no management) - €50 pa

Mail collection - €30 pa

RENTALS

UPM will be happy to advertise your property on a number of holiday booking sites.  All guest payments are made via the holiday booking site or Paypal to the agent/UPM account and the agreed rental fee will be paid to the property owner's bank account within 7 days of the tenant's arrival.

UPM will arrange to obtain and verify the guests ID information and submit it to the local relevant police authority.

​

UPM will be the 24-hour contact for guests during their stay.

​
